Ladies in the crowd

Where our boys go, us girls will follow. Lookin' good, ready to dance and prepared to scream 'yew!' at the end of every song in support of their crazy good tunes. Not to mention, there will always be at least a few of us equipped with film and cameras to capture the night (here's looking at you, Ash and Leah).

Yet again, Diana Mini and Lomography 800 film (just got a new roll developed, gotta love getting new stuff to work with)

Guess who's back

The Walking Who are back.. so my photos of them are too..

Unfortunately, Pauly was a little bit too far away that night to get a good snap. But, I will be playing around with the negatives from this night and previous nights to try and create some radical images of these boys. Keep and eye out.. and listen to their new stuff here.

Again, Diana Mini and Lomography 800 film.

Chaos

Chaos.. featuring Simon Newton.

Normally I think I would be hating on that black bit on the side there, but it actually quite suits the rest of this photo. Like a show where something hectic happens, then it just ends and you need to wait until the next week to find out more. Fourtunately, more photos from this night in particular will be up tomorrow, so stay tuned.

Multiple ways for different things

Plains, mountains, beaches, lakes, valleys... ducks, giant ducks. Scanned multiples of the landscapes of New Zealand. Twisted.

I am seriously obsessed with my scanner.

Toil and trouble

Beautigul girls make for a beautiful picture. Beautiful girls in blue and yellow.. and multiplied make for a radical picture. Albeit schizy. I like schizy.

A Holga 135 was used for all photos with colour gel filters. Not taken as multiple exposures however, once developed the negatives were scanned one on top of the other to produce these images. Turns out scanning is an art in and of itself... perhaps just a bit arcane.

Crowd surfing

One crowd surfer, three different images. Which one is your favourite? Mine is the top one - it makes me think about/be grateful for those people in Wollongong who are trying to pave a way for live music!
